Katie + Mark (part 1) | Wedding Photography

Katie and Mark celebrated their special day in the adorable Historic Fire station in downtown Ruston, LA. When I met up with Katie to talk about taking pictures for her, she told me she for sure wanted pictures of all of the decor, seeing as how it was all DIY. Their wedding was ADORABLE, filled with beautiful fiesta ware, handmade details, and yummy food + desserts cooked by family members!

Hello, summer!

Happy Memorial Day! I hope you've all had a great day. Make sure while you are spending time with your family, swimming, enjoying the summer heat, etc. that you stop and take a moment to think about those who have served, are serving, and especially those who have lost their lives serving our country. If you see them, thank them for what they are doing or have done! They are all brave and strong men and women, and I am so thankful for their bravery!

Presley | Pet Portraits

Meet Presley!

Presley is a 8 week old bloodhound puppy. My best friend, Kristina, was in town visiting from Georgia, and she picked up this little guy. His big ears and giant paws KILL me! He's the cutest thing ever.

I couldn't resist doing a shoot with them, so here's a few that I took!

We took Presley to get puppy ice cream, and he got it ALL over his ears and face! So precious.

Who doesn't love puppies? I mean really, how could one turn away from a face like this?

Roux | Pet Portraits

Here's a sneak peak at some pictures I took of the newest member of my sisters family! 

Roux (pronounced Roo) is an adorable golden retriever border collie mix! My sister and her husband just adopted her, and I am in LOVE! She's the sweetest puppy ever, and is sooo calm! She's also photogenic, but doesn't like to stay for the camera just yet. We'll be working on that ;)

Friday Favorites

I was taking pictures around the house today, and figured I'd share a few of my favorite things today. :) 

I think I might try and do this every Friday, or atleast every other Friday!

New branding // Logo

Hello, hello, hello!

  With Spring rolling in, I knew I wanted to do some spring cleaning and redo my ENTIRE branding + website! I'm SO excited about it, so I decided to share just a little peak! I loooooooove my new logo! I think it's bright, fun, but most importantly, it's so ME!

Pretty soon I'll have my website completely redone, with brand new updated galleries. I'll also have a pretty new blog design, new packaging, new everything!!!! I'm SOOO excited!
